HG63 High Frequency Straight Welded Pipe Mill for Accurate Pipe Manufacturing Line

HGK102 High-Frequency Welded Pipe Production Line is designed to produce welded pipes of Ф32-102mm in diameter and 0.6～3.0mm in wall thickness,and square pipe 25x25-80x80mm, thickness 0.6-2.5mm. as well as square and rectangular pipes and deformed pipes of the corresponding size. Adopting roll pass design, the production line can manufacture welded steel pipes with good quality machining and high precision assembling.

According to the designing guideline of improving the operating character & environment and the safety & producing character , reducing the cost of the roller to guarantee high efficiency,HG50 production line adopts the double-radius hole style of design .

Production Process

Scroll up → Uncoil → Flattening → End Shear & Butt Welding → Accumulator → Forming → High-frequency induction welding→ Removing external burr → Cooling → Sizing → Cutting → Checking & Collecting → Accessing Warehouse
