KD5676M is an extremely kapton tape. coated on both sides with silicone adhesive that features excellent high temperature resistance properties.
Features
Excellent Tensile Strength and Elongation are provided. Long periods of heat up to 260C can be sustained for short periods (300C for shorter times of heat exposure). Both sides feature different adhesion properties allowing removal without leaving behind residue or sticky surfaces behind.
Application
Mask for printed circuit boards during wave solder or solder dip processes. Mask contacts during spray painting, powder coating & solder coating processes; bundle transformer, motors batteries & electronic components together as insulation measures; mask contacts during spray painting processes & more!

Store under ideal storage conditions of 10-30 and 40-70% relative humidity; away from direct sunlight and without direct exposure. Shelf Life: One year when stored initially as intended from date of manufacture.
Surface should be clean, dry, free from dust or oil contamination and apply pressure using roller, hand or press when packing. Repetition could reduce adhesion strength.
