TSTLP Series lightning flash counters are specially designed to effectly count the TIMES (TS-SLC3D advanced flash counter with times, date & time record) of the lightning strikes and available to used together with the PE line of the SPDs or the down conductors of ese lightning arrester. Except TS-SLC4, all other ligghtning flash counters do NOT need any external power support.
