WFSS65 Serial Superfine Grinder Dual Rotors Hammer Mill Performance features
1. The two rotors rotate in the same direction at a high speed, and the double linear velocity improves the impact velocity between feedstock and hammers, thereby, improving the crushing efficiency greatly.
2. A guide plate is arranged in the middle of the rotor to destroy the circulation layer in the crushing chamber and increase the impact probability of materials.
3. "Double water drop" screen structure, increases the effective sieving area by 20%, compare with the single rotor hammer mill of same power, its capacity is increased by 20-25%.

Working Principle
Material is fed from the top inlet and will enter into the crushing chamber through the feeding guide mechanism. The material is struck by high speed rotating hammerer, so it is crushed by being rubbed and struck in cycles and cutting function of punching sieve. Meanwhile under the action of centrifugal force and air stream, the material of qualified granularity will pass through the sieve pore and discharge from the outletunder the base. Customer can adopt multiple auxiliary equipments to finish the work such as material collection, conveying and warehouse entry based on the specific process.
