Applications:

This cable is designed to handle low frequency signals for short range applications, suitable for cross connecting individual items of switchboard equipment and to connect exchanges with internal distribution points. This cable is intended to be terminated in insulation / displacement connectors ( IDC ).

• Minimum Bending Radius: > 4P 15D

Construction:

• Conductor: Solid annealed bare copper 0.40 / 0.50 / 0.60 / 0.90mm
• Insulation: Solid polyethylene
• Twisted Pairs: Insulated conductors are twisted into pairs with varying lay length to minimize crosstalk
• Cabling Element: Twisted pairs / Triples / Quads

Mechanical and Thermal Properties:

• Temperature range during operation (fixed state): - 30°C ~ + 70°C
• Temperature range during Installation (mobile state): - 20°C ~ + 50°C
• Minimum bending radius: 7.5 * Overall Diameter
• Core wrapping: Cable containing more than 12 wires has a polyester tape applied over the cable core prior to sheathing.
• Sheath: PVC TM51 gtade or LSZH compound. Grey, white, cream or black colours are standard.
• Ripcord: A ripcord made of polyamide is placed parallel to the core to facilitate sheath removal.

Delivery Time:

As for one 40'HQ container, we can finish them 15 - 20 days after receiving the deposit and we usually complete the order within 10 - 15 days. It also depends on the items and the order quantities.

Payment Terms:

1) L / C at sight

2) T / T: 30% deposit by T / T, 70% balance by T / T before shipment

3) Western Union: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
