In reference to this file about the product testing and quality judgment and new product development, described as follows:
Operating temperature range means the capacitor under the application of rated voltage condition, can work reliably time.
Unless otherwise specified, the measurement should be conducted under the following conditions:
Temperature:15~35℃;
relative humidity:45~85%;
atmospheric pressure:86Kpa~106Kpa;
If the test result are undeterminable,it should be measured under the following conditions:
temperature:20±2℃
relative humidity:60~70%
atmospheric pressure:86Kpa~106Kpa

Sample needs about 7~10 working days prepared; mass production average time takes 15-20 working days

Yes. But it depends on product. Normally MOQ is 2K~10Kpcs
4) How about price terms?
We do FOBSHENZHEN if order amount is more than 5000USD. Less than that, it is EXWSHENZHEN and we do not undertake local charge.
