1. If possible to get a free sample from your?

Yes, we will provide the sample if have enough in sample room.

We will charge a little logo mold fee if need to add your private logo on the outer case.

2. Can I get the sample order?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality and also help our customer adapt to market trends.

Mix samples are accepted.

3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?

Sample will be shipped by DHL, UPS or Fedex, it usually takes 3 to 5 days.

And mass production will be shipped by the ocean shipping/sea transportation, usually takes 20 to 35 days

to arrive.

4. How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?

First, please share your logo with AI file to us so we can open the mold for your soon.

Second, we will share the sample picture or delivery the sample to you.

Finally, we will start to mass production after confirming the sample and deposit.

5. Do you off the guarantee for the products?

Yes, Our QC team will control and test the quality according to your requirement in the production. And

you also can ask your third party testing company to test the quality when finish the production.

6. What’s your payment policy?

For new design products, charge mold fee one time and refund it when accumulated orders 20,000pcs.

For ordered sample with private logo, will charge logo mold fee.

For mass production, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.

7. What`s your best price for your products?
We give you our best price according to your quantity, so when you send the inquire to us, please kindly let us know the quantity and the delivery way, even the airport name or the destination port name in your country.

8.What`s the MOQ? Can I assort the different styles or different colors together?
The MOQ is 1000 pcs per item. Usually, we not accept the assorted styles or colors. if you have the totally large order, we also can accept it as a specially order.

9.What`s the delivery time?
Generally, the delivery time is around 15-30 days after the products confirmed with every details such as materials, size, logo, packing, shipping mark etc., but it also depends on the sail schedule.

10. What`s the export standard packing?
Our export standard packing is 10pcs/polybag, 200pcs/ctn, but if the gift box or bloster card is needed, it also acceptable but the extra packing cost is paid on you.
