1. Creat techncal designs according to client's artwork / sketch / exact specification

2. Chengfeng engineers analyse and adapt the technical drawing to comply with the required dimensional parameters associated with inertnational standard. Meanwhile, specifications and tolerance are defined.

3. The 2D drawing / prototype of mould to be sent for customer's approval.

4. Finish producting glass samples within 5-10 business days. Then, deliver the glass sample to customer for approval.

5. Sample mould will be finished in 10-5 business days after receiving the mould fee from client.

Yes. We are specialized in making custom glass bottle. We have a very professional design team can help our client's design any kinds of glass bottle. Or please offer your own drawing. It will cost 15-20 working days to make a new mould and make a sample.

Q3: Can we get your free samples?
1). For stock products, sample free but you have to pay for the express cost.
2). For new products, we would like to charge the sample cost, which will be deducted once the order is confirmed.
