The High Load Impact Resistant Shallow Air Flotation System is an advanced and highly efficient solution for wastewater treatment. By applying the principles of "shallow pool theory" and "zero velocity", this system achieves rapid and stable separation of suspended solids, oils, and other contaminants. How It Works
Coagulation and Flocculation – Raw water enters the mixing reactor where coagulants and flocculants are added, forming separable flocs.
Micro-Bubble Formation – The dissolved air release mechanism generates micro-bubbles (5–10μm) that attach to the flocs, forming a floating air-bearing body with a specific gravity less than water.
Separation and Collection – The floating flocs rise to the surface, forming scum that is scraped into the collection tank by the scum scraper.
Water Distribution and Collection – The water inlet, outlet, and scum outlet are all integrated into the main body for smooth operation and stable water quality.
