Innovative Working Principle

The system operates based on the shallow pond theory and zero velocity principle, where sedimentation efficiency is determined by the surface area rather than the depth. The system consists of a tank body, rotating water distribution mechanism, dissolved air release mechanism, and scum removal system. The process works as follows:

  • Raw water mixed with coagulants and flocculants enters the system.
  • Microbubbles (5–10 μm) attach to suspended solids, forming a low-density air-bearing body.
  • The air-bearing body rises to the surface, forming a scum layer that is efficiently removed by a scraper.
  • The treated water is collected through a balanced water collection mechanism, ensuring stable operation and high separation efficiency.
