Our Lanmera Sedimentation System is an advanced wastewater treatment solution designed to effectively handle grease and oil-containing wastewater in the dairy processing industry and other high-load industrial applications. Based on the renowned "Shallow Pond Theory" proposed by Professor Hazen in Germany, this system enhances sedimentation efficiency by focusing on the surface area of the sedimentation tank rather than its depth, resulting in faster and more efficient separation of grease and suspended solids.


Innovative Working Principle

The core technology relies on an array of inclined plates with a projected surface that maximizes the sedimentation area. As the wastewater passes through the system:

  1. The extended inclined plates increase the separation efficiency by providing a larger surface for sedimentation.

  2. Microbubbles and flocs rise or settle according to their specific gravity.

  3. Oil and grease are separated and collected, while the clean supernatant is evenly distributed and discharged through a balanced water collection mechanism.

  4. The system prevents the formation of hydraulic dead spots and whirlpools, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.
