1. How long will it take to execute my order?

This depends on the the order quantity. our normal delivery time is 3-7 working days.

2. How much will the shipping charges be?
This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the post code and quantity, your favorable method of shipping(by air or by sea) and your designated port or airport.

3. Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide samples of all the items listed. We can send the samples by DHL, FEDEX, EMS, UPS and ETC.

4. Do you have products in stock?
For most common items we have stock but we do not reserve all the items in the stock. If there is any stock, we will inform you with details.

5. What the warranty term for your products?
All of our products have at least 1 year warranty. Please provide us the pictures or videos if there is any quality problem during this period.We will replace a new one to you in the next order.

7. Do I need to send the defective products back to you for warranty?
No, you don't need to send it back for warranty. Please contact us and we will email you a brochure, guiding you how to ask for warranty for the defective products. If any damage happens not caused by misuse or vandalism, then we'll send you a new one.
