Equipment Overview for Charging Interface Insertion Force Test Device
Purpose of the test: The structure of the charging interface should make it easy to insert the charging gun, and check whether the maximum force required to insert the charging gun into the appliance socket is within the range specified in the standard.
Test principle: The force of the charging gun inserted into the socket: put the charging gun vertically downward, place the main weight according to the standard requirements on the charging gun, and then use a 0.8kg weight to fall freely from a height of 5cm to impact the main weight, the charging gun Should be inserted into the socket to the position required by the contact
Equipment structure: This device is composed of socket installation base plate A, charging gun clamping device, main weight F, and additional weight G.
Note: The centering adjustable fixture is adopted, which can hold all kinds of charging gun products
Structure features
This device is mainly composed of the installation fixture, the clamping device, principal weight, supplementary weight and the test plug. Based on experience, the pull clamp is changed to a counterweight, the weight hook is directly connected to the test plug, and the fixture for holding the sample is configured. The specific shape is shown in figure 1.
