Product Overview

The main purpose of this equipment is to conduct IPX6K and IPX9K waterproof testing on the protection of road car electrical components, lamps, and electronic and electrical product enclosure. It is a waterproof testing equipment designed to simulate the natural environment or artificial high-pressure car washing. The main components of the equipment should include: high-pressure and high-temperature plunger water pump, three-phase asynchronous motor, and the inlet and outlet pipes of the water pump should be connected with high-pressure hoses; the equipment mainly consists of a control cabinet, water supply system, high-pressure nozzle, nozzle electric adjustment bracket, and sample turntable.

Technical Parameters

1. The test meets the needs of small enclosure (samples with a maximum size not exceeding 250 mm) and large enclosure (samples with a maximum size greater than or equal to 250 mm). The maximum sample size tested is: Ø1150mmX750mm;

2. Customized according to standard graphics, meeting standard IPX9K requirements;

3. Used for large product nozzle brackets: the bottom can be electrically moved forward and backward, the up and down height can be electrically moved, and the 90-degree downward nozzle can be electrically moved left and right.
