Equipment Overview
The parallel xenon lamp test chamber satisfies that many polymer materials are often damaged by some natural factors from the earth's surface and atmospheric space when they are used outdoors, which affects their service life. In order to correctly evaluate its service life outdoors, it has become a widely used and effective method to use environmental test equipment to simulate various external natural climatic conditions and to study the weather resistance of various products in the laboratory. The parallel type xenon lamp weathering test chamber reproduces the damage caused by the full spectrum of sunlight, rain and moisture. In a matter of days or weeks, the test chamber is capable of reproducing damage from months or years of outdoor environments. It is the most reliable and easiest to use xenon lamp weathering test chamber that meets the requirements of various test standards.

Performance Characteristics
1. The American Q-LAB xenon light source that conforms to international standards simulates the full spectrum of sunlight more realistically and optimally. The stable light source ensures the comparability and reproducibility of test data.
2. The unique design of the reflective system makes the radiation energy distribution in the chamber more uniform.
3. Fully automatic control of irradiation energy (using a closed-loop control system is more accurate and stable), which can automatically compensate for changes in irradiation energy caused by lamp aging and any other reasons, with a wide controllable range.
4. The irradiation energy control point can be selected and set on the operation interface. The optional control point fully conforms to the ISO standard, which are 340nm, 420nm or 300-400nm respectively. Users can directly set all parameters according to different industry standards, which is very convenient for users.
5. Imported Q-1ab xenon lamp tube is used, with high irradiation energy value and actual life span of more than 1500 hours.
6. A variety of optical filters can be selected, which meet many domestic and foreign test standards.
7. With spray function, spray time and spray interval can be set arbitrarily
8. A variety of test programs can be set arbitrarily (the test program can be arbitrarily programmed and 9 user preset programs can be stored, and each program can be set with 10 segments of data);
9. Real-time data collection and storage: EXCEL records are automatically generated and saved for test data, and can be exported through U disk, truly unattended
10. The touch screen menu operation control, the interface is friendly and convenient, the operator can arbitrarily set the test parameters and monitor the test process status at any time.
11. Using high-precision PT100 blackboard temperature sensor, the whole process of blackboard temperature is automatically controlled (room temperature +30℃~90℃)
12. The unique slide-out tray guarantees quick and easy sample installation and evaluation.
13. Fast results: The product is exposed outdoors with only a few hours of direct sunlight at maximum light intensity per day. The parallel xenon lamp aging chamber test chamber can expose the test sample to the equivalent of summer noon sunlight, 24 hours a day, every day. As a result, samples can age rapidly.
14. Affordable: The parallel type xenon lamp aging chamber test chamber creates a breakthrough high-cost performance with low purchase price, low lamp price and low operating cost. Xenon arc testing is now affordable for even the smallest labs.
