Test Principle
The protection level of charging pile generally reaches IP54 or IP65, and it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive rain test on charging pile, and water spraying test is required on all surfaces.
However, due to the external size of the charging pile (mainly the height problem), it is not possible to fully shower water by using the conventional swing tube rain method (even if the largest swing tube size is adopted), and the swing tube rain test device occupies a large area at the bottom, requiring a space of 4×4×4 meters.
Reason is just one of appearance, the bigger question is charging pile common charging pile up to 100 kg, larger can reach 350 kg, using ordinary turntable bearing cannot reach the requirement, so need to customize a set of large area, can bearing, deformation of the object stage, and rotate at a constant speed can be achieved during the test.
Equipment structure:
The charging pile rain test scheme is mainly composed of rain device, water spraying device, water supply system, control system and drainage system. According to the requirements of IEC60529-2013 and the industry standard of charging pile, IPX4 shower system and IPX5/6 full spray device are introduced to combine the shower test room.
Equipment Features
1. [Integrated control] Through the central integrated control system, control IPX4, IPX5, IPX6 three spray state; Using independent research and development of operating procedures, all function keys are easy to set through the touch screen, clean interface, easy to operate.
2. [Automatic constant current] The intelligent water supply system adopts PID converter to realize automatic constant current, monitors real-time flow through electronic sensors, and displays it directly on the touch screen.
3. [Global spray] the use of 4 shower device evenly distributed, spray area can reach at least 3 square meters, almost completely cover all the outer surface of the charging pile (except the bottom).
4. [Displacement sensing] The side spray and top spray of the shower device can sense the distance with the charging pile, and can automatically adjust the spray distance to meet the standard requirements (standard distance range of 300-500mm).
5. [Swing spray] Shower can achieve swing spray, spray range ±50° adjustable, swing frequency is 1-20 times/minute. IPX5 spray gun can swing up and down in the range by setting the swing height.
6. [Loadable objects] The loading platform adopts built-in installation, the table is flush with the ground, the table is reserved for slot, and the charging pile is transported by forklift, which can be convenient for unloading. The loading platform is made of 12mm thick steel plate, and the basic bearing capacity reaches 1000kg.
