Product Overview
The purpose of this test room is mainly to test the ability of the tested product to prevent rainwater penetration under rain conditions and its rainproof performance during or after being rained. This test equipment is mainly used to assess whether the housing/seals of electrical and electronic products can ensure the good working performance and technical status of the equipment and components after or during the water test. At the same time, the product may be affected by water during transportation or use, providing a reference basis for product technical standards.

1. The rainproof sealing test device of the car should ensure that the five surfaces of the car are sprayed from the top, left, right, front and rear directions to avoid dead corners of water spraying, and ensure that the water spraying pressure and flow rate correspond to the standard requirements of various parts of the vehicle. The frame structure of the rain chamber is simple and beautiful while ensuring rust prevention and shock prevention. The entire equipment is easy to operate and convenient for the inspection and maintenance of parts. |
2. The whole can accommodate the inspection of sample vehicle of different sizes at the same time. A spraying system is designed for different sizes of equipment. Each spraying system is equipped with a pressure gauge and a regulating valve to adjust the pressure to ensure uniform water spraying. The entire spraying line is 7.4 meters long. The full-spraying type is adopted. It adopts a profiling full spray type. The nozzles spray water on the vehicle body from five directions: both sides, front and rear, and top, avoiding dead corners of water spray and ensuring that the water spray pressure and flow intensity correspond to each part of the vehicle and meet the national standard requirements. |
3. The structure of the chamber body is designed to be rust-proof, shock-proof, and simple and beautiful at the same time. There are drainage channels at the bottom of the side of the chamber body to ensure no water seepage. |
