IEC60309-1 Charging Interface Cable Tension and Torque Test Equipment
Complied Standards & Clauses
Conforms to IEC 62196-1:2022, IEC60309-1:2012.
Product Overview
The pulling force is realized by using a motor-driven eccentric mechanism or screw mechanism, and the motor speed is adjustable to ensure that the time of each pulling force is accurate; the torque is realized by using a cylinder/motor, a tray, a weight and a time relay.Used to test the ability of charging vehicle plug and socket connection cable accessories to withstand specified tensile forces and moments. Weights are used to apply tension, and the weights and torque arms achieve torque. Use PLC to control the number of times of tension applied and the torque test time. The equipment will automatically stop when the number of tests or the test time is reached. After the test, the maximum allowable displacement of the flexible cable of the charging gun connector shall not exceed the standard required value.
