Because do not have hydraulic system,Mechanical Grapple price usually is much cheaper than hydraulic grapple. Mechanical Excavator Grapple is high efficiency in grabbing,loading,unloading,sifting,etc.
We can design all kinds of grab according to your requirements.
1. quick hitch design,no quick hitch design.
2. All the Mechanical Grapple we supply,we will supply support rod.Suport rod also have a base,the base will be welded on excavator stick to fix the bottom-jaw of Grapple.
3. Material of Mechanical grapple is Q345B+Hardox450.
- Main body is Q345B
- Jaw-tip is Hardox450,Hardox450 is a wearable steel.
4. According to your project requirements,we can design the different shape main body for you.
5. Our grapple usually "Box" design,higher performaance for structure,better than single plate design.
