Excavator hydraulic accessories are components used to realize various functions of the excavator hydraulic system. Hydraulic systems control and perform mechanical movement by transferring energy using a fluid, usually oil. 1. Hydraulic pump: A hydraulic pump is a device that converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. It sucks in liquid and creates high pressure by turning a mechanical part, usually a gear or plunger. The hydraulic pump increases the pressure of the fluid and then delivers it into the hydraulic system to power other hydraulic accessories.
2. Hydraulic cylinder: A hydraulic cylinder is a device that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. It consists of a piston, seals and cylinder. When hydraulic fluid enters the hydraulic cylinder, the piston is acted upon by hydraulic force, resulting in linear motion. Hydraulic cylinders are commonly used to implement the dozing, grabbing and lifting actions of excavators.
3. Hydraulic valve: Hydraulic valve is used to control the flow and pressure of liquid in the hydraulic system. They can achieve functions such as flow control, pressure regulation, direction control and flow distribution. Common hydraulic valves include directional control valves, proportional valves, relief valves and pressure valves. Hydraulic valves control the action of hydraulic actuators by adjusting the fluid flow path and resistance in the hydraulic system.
4. Oil tank: The oil tank is a container that stores hydraulic fluid. The hydraulic system draws oil from the tank and returns used oil back to the tank. The tank also usually includes accessories such as filters and oil level gauges to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic fluid and monitoring of the oil level.
5. Hydraulic pipeline: Hydraulic pipeline is used to transfer hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator and return the used hydraulic fluid to the tank. Hydraulic pipelines usually consist of high-pressure pipes, connectors and seals to ensure stable operation and sealing performance of the hydraulic system.
Through mutual cooperation and coordination, these hydraulic accessories realize various hydraulic functions of the excavator, such as walking, rotation, lifting, tilting, etc., improving the working efficiency and accuracy of the excavator.
