Working principle

The excavator multi-way valve is an important part of the excavator hydraulic system. It has the following main functions:

1. Control the hydraulic oil flow: The excavator multi-way valve can control the flow direction and flow rate of hydraulic oil according to the operator's instructions, thereby controlling the hydraulic actuator (such as a hydraulic cylinder). By operating the multi-way valve, various actions of the excavator can be realized, such as lifting, lowering, telescopic, rotating, etc.
2. Distribute hydraulic oil flow: The excavator multi-way valve can distribute the hydraulic oil flow to different hydraulic actuators to achieve multiple functions of the excavator. For example, hydraulic oil flow can be distributed to actuators such as boom hydraulic cylinders, arm hydraulic cylinders, and arm rotation hydraulic motors to implement operations such as digging, shoveling, and turning.
3. Control the pressure of the hydraulic system: The multi-way valve can also control the working pressure of the hydraulic system by adjusting the pressure valve in the hydraulic system to adapt to different working conditions. By controlling the pressure of the hydraulic system, the stability and safety of the excavator's movements can be ensured.
