Komatsu bulldozer hydraulic motor inspection and replacement guide
The hydraulic motor is one of the core components of the Komatsu bulldozer hydraulic system, mainly used to drive crawlers, blades or other hydraulic accessories. If the hydraulic motor fails, it may cause the bulldozer to walk weakly, move slowly or fail to work properly.

I. Common faults and symptoms of hydraulic motors
1. Weakness or stagnation in walking
Possible causes:

The hydraulic motor is severely worn internally, resulting in reduced efficiency.
The hydraulic system pressure is insufficient, which may be a problem with the hydraulic pump or valve.
The hydraulic filter element is blocked, resulting in poor oil supply.
Serious internal leakage leads to power loss.
2. Hydraulic motor overheating
Possible causes:

Hydraulic oil is contaminated or aged, resulting in reduced lubriion performance.
The hydraulic motor is overloaded for a long time.
Internal leakage causes energy loss and generates heat.
3. Abnormal noise or vibration
Possible causes:

4. Hydraulic oil leakage
Possible causes:

The hydraulic motor seal is damaged or aged.
