Product Use Precautions:
Solenoid valve:
1. The solenoid valve pilot oil is connected to P port, and the return oil is connected to T;
2, sit in the cab to look ahead, B mouth is connected to the right mouth, A mouth is connected to the left mouth (the solenoid valve is not working when the quick change cylinder grip accessories, the solenoid valve is in the working state when the replacement accessories, if the solenoid valve is in the working state for a long time, it is easy to burn the solenoid valve coil). Switch:
1. When the switch is ON, it is energized, and the cylinder shrinks back at this time to facilitate the replacement of fittings.
2, when the switch is OFF, the power is off, and the cylinder is extended at this time, and the working state is. The solenoid valve must be firmly installed (can not be strapped, tied up in the air) the forearm iron pipe should be screwed into place at one time, and it should be frequently checked whether it is loose
Quick change must be installed safety pin, no standing within 10 meters (to prevent cylinder failure, accessories fall safety accidents)
The safety shall be installed on the positive electrode of the battery. (If the battery volt and the solenoid valve volt does not match, please consult the technical personnel, do not connect by yourself)
The line should be properly cleaned after installation - a small amount of oil can be drained to the outside for flushing.
Note: Please be sure to follow the above instructions to install the operation, improper installation will cause the machine oil circuit disorder, resulting in the phenomenon of stuck valve.
Special attention: how to identify whether the solenoid valve is in working state: the solenoid coil can hold the metal ( such as: wrench) when the solenoid valve is in working state. (Solenoid coil burn is not covered by warranty)
