Install water pump

▶️Preparation: Turn off the engine, disconnect the fuel, and drain the coolant. Remove any accessories blocking the pump, such as the fan belt.

▶️Remove the Old Pump: Disconnect the hoses and remove the bolts securing the old pump. Carefully detach the pump from the engine block.

▶️Clean the Mounting Surface: Scrape away old gasket material and clean the mounting surface on the engine.

▶️Install the New Pump: Position the new water pump and align it with the bolt holes. Install the gasket or apply a sealant as required. Tighten the bolts to the manufacturer’s torque specifications.

▶️Reattach Components: Reconnect the hoses and reinstall any removed accessories like the fan belt.

▶️Refill Coolant: Add fresh coolant and check for leaks.

▶️Test the Engine: Start the engine, monitor for leaks, and ensure proper cooling.
