Description:

1. We have detailed dimension of Komatsu PC800,we can customize this long boom for your PC800 excavator.

2. We specialized in customizing all kinds of long boom for all kinds of excavators.

3. Main sheet Material of this Komatsu PC800 long reach boom / arm is Q345B + Q690D,the top and bottom cover plate of boom and stick is Q690D,other sheet is Q345B,Pin’s material is 42CrMo4.

4. Because Komatsu PC800 boom base is U-shape,not a straight tube.So we use special cast base block for U-shape base,much better performanse for welding-base.

5. Before welding,we have use big edge milling machine mill the edge of the sheet.So the welding can go to the internal of the steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance.

6. Welding is protective-gas welding,the protective gas is 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixed.This is golden standard for protective gas

7. For all base,joint and other main structure of the long boom,we use boring machine adjust the precision after welding,to avoid the welding-stress leading to big tolerance.

8. We will prepare lubricant pipe system,hydraulic system,bucket,bucket cylinder,linkage,pins and hoses for the long boom we supply you.

9. We prepare good quality cooper power casted bushing for the long reach boom/arm

10. This long reach boom,stick cylinder use original stick cylinder to save the cost,if you need the stick cylinder,we also can prepare for you.

11. If necessary,we can prepare 1 kit or 2 kit (each kit have 2 pipe lines) extra auxiliary pipe line for the attachments.

1. Customer only hope the long reach boom is a little longer than standard original boom.
