The input oil pressure is the pilot pressure oil. The higher the speed, the greater the control current, the smaller the output oil pressure of the proportional solenoid valve, and the greater the pump output flow, so that the hydraulic pump power is basically consistent with the engine speed (power) at any speed.

The main function of this proportional solenoid valve is to accurately adjust the output flow of the hydraulic pump so that the hydraulic system matches the load of the engine. When the working condition of the excavator changes dramatically, it can change the displacement of the hydraulic pump in time to avoid the phenomenon of stalling and black smoke, and ensure that the engine will not stall due to excessive load on the hydraulic system. At the same time, it can also prevent the hydraulic power from being too low, causing the excavator to move slowly, so that the hydraulic system and engine system can reach the best working state.
