Production Flow Processing and inspection

1. Pre-process preparation stage


1. Material selection: The material of the roller has the characteristics of wear resistance and high strength. The more common materials are 45# steel, 55# steel, alloy steel, etc.
2. Design and drawing: Carry out reasonable structural design and drawing according to the working characteristics and usage occasions of the roller.
3. Process regulations: Develop detailed process regulations according to the requirements of roller processing.


2. Roller rough machining stage


1. Turning: Use a lathe to perform rough machining of the roller, including turning the outer diameter, end face, etc. of the roller.
2. Milling: Mill the tooth shape of the roller and perform overall trimming to ensure the accuracy of the roller.
3. Grinding: Grinding the rolling body, shaft hole, tooth portion and end face of the roller.


3. Roller finishing stage


1. Drilling: Drill the core hole or fixed hole on the roller.
2. Brushing: Use a broaching machine to remove burrs and polish the surface of the shaft hole of the roller.
3. Polishing: Polish the surface finish of the roller to improve the surface quality of the roller.


4. Dimensional inspection and packaging stage


1. Dimensional inspection: Dimensional inspection of the roller, including measuring the diameter, length, tooth pitch and number of teeth of the roller to ensure its accuracy.
2. Packaging: After completing the roller size inspection, the rollers are packaged to ensure their safe transportation.
