Product Description
The appearance of the Cummins 6B series engine is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. It is hoped that through the side view and rear view of this model, you can have a more intuitive understanding of the Cummins engine.
(1) Advanced design and excellent manufacturing, adapting to various harsh working conditions, with strong high strength and heavy-duty operation capabilities.
(2) The cylinder block and cylinder head adopt integrated design, eliminating the occurrence of engine water and oil leakage. The number of parts is about 40% fewer than other similar engines, greatly reducing the failure rate.
(3) The cylinder hole adopts a platform mesh honing design, and the perfect geometric structure effectively prevents oil leakage. It adopts advanced technology processes such as new piston ring components and sealing gasket rolling and molding, reducing oil loss.
(4) It adopts a Holset turbocharger with an integral waste gas bypass valve, which has strong low-speed response and power.
(5) The three-stage fuel filter ensures a balanced particle dispersion level, protects the main components of the fuel system, and maximizes the engine's lifespan.
