Please provide us with your excavator model, and we will recommend the suitable product for you. We also offer customized production.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity and payment terms?
A: Our minimum order quantity is 1 set. Payment can be made via T/T or other payment methods, which can be discussed with our customer service team.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: The delivery time is usually between 15-30 working days after payment, depending on your order.

Q: How do you package and ship your products?
A: We offer wooden box packaging for export (LCL), wooden pallet packaging (Container), and iron frame packaging (LCL/Container). We provide transportation services by railway, sea, air, or automobile. Our professional and convenient transportation team ensures high-quality one-stop shopping services for our customers.

Q: What if I have any questions after receiving the goods?
A: We provide excellent after-sales service. Our products come with a warranty period of 12 months (except for wearing parts).
