High quality excavator telescopic arm for sea digging excavator telescopic arm

This product mainly consists of a fixed body, sliding body, steel wire rope and a telescopic cylinder. By changing the number of sliding bodies, an ideal working radius and vertical excavation range can be achieved. Generally used in combination with a bucket, it can complete deep pit excavation tasks, such as grabbing soil, sand or coal.

The three-section telescopic boom is made of BS900E, and other parts are made of Q355B, which is lighter and more durable. We use 6mm thickness.

✅ Using 1G700785 material, theoverall plate strength is strongerand the arm is lighter, reducingthe load of the excavator.

✅ The unigue design of the internally designed long cylinder rnakes the vibration of the cyinder a thing of thepast. we add a slider inside the cylindeto prevent the cylinder from shaking when it expands and contracts. This nat only reduces the failure rate of the cylinder, but also reduces the vibration of the pipeline.

✅ For telescopic iron pipes, we adopt a double-layer iron pipedesign to reduce pipeline ailleakage caused by pipeline wibration and reduce the failure rate.

✅ The bucket cylinder is placedoutside the arm, and the cylinder and connecting rod assembly are replaced as a whole.Our iaintenance is more convenient, and thebucket retraction angle forexcavation is better.

(each process has a detection testing for the previous process)
The third system is the finished product testing.
