Why is the telescopic arm different from the shell bucket and the grab bucket?
A:Generally silt and sand working conditions, shell bucket is easy to use, the amount of digging is also large, and the efficiency is higher. However, in the general working condition of sand and stone, the efficiency of the shell bucket will be reduced due to the lack of digging force and the limitation of opening. The grab is more suitable for this condition. However, because the overall weight of the grab is relatively heavy, the square amount of the grab is generally smaller than the shell bucket, but in the condition of more stones, the advantage of the grab is more obvious.
Is it better to use single cylinder or double cylinder for shell bucket configured with telescopic arm?
A: The nitrogen cylinder needs to be filled with nitrogen, why choose nitrogen? The first nitrogen is an inert gas, inactive; Second nitrogen, why can you install a longer telescopic arm if you install a nitrogen cylinder? The telescopic arm is relatively heavy, and the downward pressure of the telescopic arm depends on gravity, and the power support of the excavator is not required. The problem occurs when lifting the big arm, the weight of the telescopic arm during load far exceeds the weight of the original arm load, exceeds the ultimate load capacity of the big arm cylinder, and can not lift the big arm, or the phenomenon of slow lifting. In the face of this phenomenon, there are two solutions, the first is to increase the oil cylinder, the second method is to install a nitrogen cylinder. Enlarging the cylinder will not only cause the cylinder to meet the big arm, but also prone to a series of failure problems of high engine water temperature.
The second method is to install a nitrogen cylinder, the downpressure of the telescopic arm is enough, the lifting capacity is not enough, the principle of the nitrogen cylinder is to always give the big arm an upward lifting force, which increases the lifting force, while reducing the load of the engine, and fuel saving
