1. During the installation process, the parts shall be strictly inspected according to the technical requirements of the parts, and kept clean to prevent impurities from entering the installation surface. Even tiny dust particles on the sealing face of the sealing ring will damage the seal and cause oil leakage.
2. The sealing sleeve and sealing rubber ring shall be replaced with new ones due to aging, deformation, scars, cracks, etc.
3. If the spring force is insufficient, it should be replaced, and its end face can be smoothed. When the pressure ring is warped, it shall be repaired and leveled to remove sharp edges.
4. The large and small sealing rings are not in tight contact, so they can be reground to have a uniform and continuous grinding ring belt. It is not allowed to hit the ring end face and disturb the mating ring. The thickness of the ring should be consistent, otherwise it must be replaced.
5. The thickness of the rubber ring is not enough, and it is allowed to wrap the asbestos rope to make it have a tightness of 0.15~0.20 kg per square centimeter.
6. The bent axle, out of round or worn neck, and worn roller hub and seal housing fitting belt must be repaired.
7. When the bearing and seal ring surfaces are worn, 2~4mm thick oil resistant rubber rings can be padded between the seal sleeve and the hub end face according to the wear degree. After installation, the seal sleeve assembly shall be able to rotate freely on the hub. In addition, gaskets with an outer diameter of 100 mm, an inner diameter of 85 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm can be placed between the bearing outer ring and the seal housing support shoulder to compensate for the bearing wear. When the height of the seal sleeve is less than 32mm and the width of the bearing is less than 41mm, replace it with a new one.
8. The paper pad on the roller shall be intact and of appropriate thickness.
