RS-B Series open air blast hole drilling rig is a combustion engine drive crawler type hydraulic drilling rig that is developed by our company. By adopting self-propelled hydraulic track chassis with favorable mobility and quipped with high power hydraulic motor, heavy hydraulic drilling boom and high air pressure DTH Hammer. The use of drilling rig RS-B series mainly covers strip mining, road construction and rock drilling process in the field of water power engineering. It is a down the hole drilling rig specially designed for open mine, stone pit and construction industry. Open air blast hole drilling rig RS-B Series adopts diesel engine. Hydraulic oil pump unit offers power to hydraulic motor feed, rotary, propulsion lift, and angle orientation of oil cylinder etc. Comparing with the full pneumatic drilling rigs, when drilling rig is working, the fuel consumption is saved up to 40-50%.


Key Features:

1. Floating chassis
Floating chassis: This drilling rig is fitted with floating chassis and single gear crawler plate with strong road grabbing ability so as to facilitate traveling on rough ground on mine or site. Imported travel motor can guarantee strong drive force and increase climbing ability of drilling machine for better maneuverability and suitability.

2. Operating system
Operation system: Operation handle has advantages such as centralized control and simple operation. It has traveling pilot function so as to increase system efficiency and reduce workers’ labor strength at the same time. In the meanwhile, the entire machine is fitted with double position operation system so as to facilitate operators’ manipulation during transition.

3. Power system
Power system: Cummins 60Kw diesel engine oil drives imported brand of hydraulic main pump and provides power for the rig. It provides strong power for operation of drilling rig.

4. Drilling arm structure
Drilling arm structure: It has a simple drilling arm structure so as to reduce carriage hinging points and failure rate and enhance drilling stability at the same time.

5. Hydraulic pipeline
Hydraulic pipeline: It shall take effective protection measures to protect hydraulic pipelines and reduce failure rate due to simple hydraulic pipelines. In the meanwhile, drilling rack is fitted with accompanying tow chains so as to protect air ducts and motor oil pipes effectively.
