Precision Ground Drill Rod Characteristics

Tube body - High quality heat-treated alloy steel tubing offers consistent concentricity, straightness, and is available in all DCDMA sizes.

Thread –CNC machines with the aid of Imported cutters are used to open the threads. Proprietary tapered threads provide additional strength and ensure the easy make and break of rod joints.

Heat treatment –heat treatment process will provides more material strength and significantly increases thread wear life. To meet regular or deep drilling
requirement, we do either both-ends heat treatment or thru-wall heat treatment.

Drill rods and casing are quality-crafted in standard sizes using superior alloy steel, with each end of the rodsheat-treated for greater wear resistance. Drill rods and casing also provides a tight mechanical seal. Developed to meet or surpass the performance of any similar product, the superiority of drill rods has been confirmed in actual surface and underground drilling field test operations.

Reasonableprocess:
Our products feature an anti-rust coating and are ready for drilling. Each thread is lubricated and protected using recyclable cardboard packaging and steel caps. In order to reduce environmental impact, packaging for drill rods and casing is entirely recyclable and does not contain any plastic.
