The Φ 73 center cable type directional drill pipe is generally required to be constructed in a complete coal seam (f ≥ 1) or a stable rock stratum (f ≤ 6); it is mainly used for the construction of short horizontal and long-distance gas drainage borehole and water exploration borehole in the coal mine, as well as the construction of Directional Borehole in the ground and tunnel near horizontal engineering.
The MWD drill pipe is mainly used in the directional horizontal drilling in the coal mine roadway. It is used together with the orifice display equipment to display the drilling track data in real time. The operator can adjust the direction of the drilling track according to the displayed data in time, so as to achieve the purpose of directional drilling. It is widely used in directional drilling control of geological, coal, oil, water conservancy and other industries.

2. Scope of application:
While drilling survey drill pipe is generally required to be constructed in a complete coal seam (f ≥ 1) or a stable rock stratum (f ≤ 6); it is mainly used for the construction of gas drainage borehole and water exploration borehole in short horizontal and long-distance underground coal mine, and also used for the construction of directional borehole such as ground and tunnel near horizontal engineering borehole.
3. Precautions:
(1) Before using the drill pipe, check whether the plastic joint of the drill pipe is loose, deformed or cracked to ensure that the sealing ring of the plastic joint is intact, the drill pipe thread, plastic joint and steel joint are clean, and the reducing spring is firm and reliable;
(2) Before connecting the drill pipe, the thread grease must be applied on the thread surface of the drill pipe joint, and the special lubricating grease for the wireline drill pipe must be applied on the sealing ring of the plastic male joint. Control the make-up speed ≤ 25R / min in the process of connecting the drill pipe;
(3) During drilling construction, the drilling track shall be kept smooth to avoid large corners. The bending strength of borehole inclination angle is controlled at 3 ° / 6m, and the bending strength of azimuth is controlled at 2 ° / 6m;
(4) When unloading the drill pipe, control the shackle speed ≤ 25R / min, and ensure the power head return distance ≥ 100mm, so as to prevent the thread of the drill pipe joint from biting or stripping;
(5) After the drill pipe is unloaded and the water flow in the drill pipe is dried, the screw thread protection cap shall be worn in time to keep the inside of the drill pipe clean and prevent dirt such as coal dust from entering the polluted steel joint;
