• Please use the charger we offered or appointed charger, unmatched charger will damage the battery,even make the battery broken.
• When you want to charge the light , must use a charger ,do not connect the light direct to commercial power
• Make sure the light is off work , when charging , or will damage the batttery, even make the battery broken
• Do not open the light by yourself ,to avoid the broken of electronic components by static
• The battery can not be used in other way
• After the battery runs out , please charge the light in time , long time low electricity will shorten the battery life
• When the light long-time not in use , 60% electricity is good for the light life-time
• When you use the light in a convulsed place, please make sue the electricity is low than 80%
• If the glass of the lamp is broken ,please replace it

We are a professional direct led manufacture and have 12 years history in manufacturing LED light.

Q2. Which led chips do you use in led lights?
We use bridgelux, San an, chinese chip etc.

Q3.Do you provide free samples ?
We can provide one free sample for our small led lights and the buyer need to pay the freight. Big led lights not free.

Q4.How about the delivery time?
Samples need 1-2 days and batch order need 10-20 days. Depend on the order quantity.

Q5.How many years of the led light warranty?
We provide 2-5 years for our led lights. Depend on the customers' choose.

Q6.Which color temperature is available?
3000-6500k are all available. 3000-3500k warm white, 4000-4500k nature white, 6000-6500k cool white. Some light have red, blue and green color. Please ask us for advice.

Q7. What’s the MOQ ?
The MOQ is one piece for each model, with neutral packing. Color box design packing MOQ is 1000 pieces.
