explosion proof outdoor waterproof electrical circuit control power panel
Description:
Explosion proof power panel are designed and built to operate in environments where concentrations of flammable gases, vapors, liquids or combustible particles pose risks of ignition and explosion.
the panel enclosures are cast from heavy duty aluminum so that they cannot create a spark that could possibly ignite the vapors in a hazardous location. These heavy duty panels come with "O" ring gaskets to keep explosive fumes from entering the panel and are designed to contain an internal explosion without igniting the explosive vapors present in the hazardous area.
The explosion proof power panel also prevent interior explosions from spreading outside and posing a threat to life and property.
Applications:
Designed for Explosive atmosphere Zone land Zone 2
Designed for Groups IIA, IIB, IIC
Designed for Combustible dust Zone20, Zone 21, Zone22
Designed for Temperature classesT6
Apply to oil drilling platforms, offshore oil platform, oil derrick, etc for the dangerous sites
Used in electrical control system assendorder and status, monitor
Types of explosion-proof panels:
We are offering several types of explosion-proof power panels:
Ex d (industrial switchgear in a flameproof Exd enclosure and Exd cable glands)
Ex de (industrial switchgear in a flameproof Exd enclosure with a flanged-on Exe junction box)
Ex e (certified switchgear in an increased safety Exe enclosure)
Ex p (Industrial Switchgear at overpressure in an Exp enclosure)
The assembled explosion-proof panels usually are unique. In most occasions the schematics are provided by the customer. However, our engineering department has the expertise to design the schematics based upon the functional specifications
