IIB explosion proof control cabinet / distribution box for industrial area

Description:

Our explosion-proof control cabinets are specially insulated to prevent explosions in environments containing explosive materials such as gases, vapours and dust.

PS:

The difference between an explosion-proof control cabinet and a common control cabinet is:

1. In shape: the ordinary control cabinet is made of iron, and the explosion-proof control cabinet is processed after casting or steel plate welding, and has high strength.

2. In the structure: the components in the ordinary control cabinet can be arranged together, the wiring is convenient, and the inside of the explosion-proof control cabinet is divided into several units, and each switch and electrical components must be isolated.

3. On the seal: the ordinary control cabinet is not very strict in sealing requirements. The cover of the explosion-proof control cabinet is well sealed with the box. After passing the strict inspection, the special agency will issue the certificate of conformity and sell it to the factory.

4. In application: ordinary control cabinets are generally used in civilian and non-explosion-proof places. Explosion-proof control cabinets are mainly used in hazardous flammable gas places and explosive places.

5. In terms of price: ordinary control cabinet is cheap. Explosion-proof control cabinets are expensive, generally several times the price of ordinary control cabinet.
