The upper stage of TSC double-stage mixing extruder is usually TSB or TSH series co-direction twin-screw mixer, which uses the high speed, high shear and strong mixing capacity of the twin screw to complete the plasticizing, venting, mixing and mixing dispersion process without the back pressure of the machine head. The lower stage machine is the SE series single screw extruder. The low speed deep groove of the screw provides a low shear processing environment to prevent the plasticized material from overheating and decomposing during high pressure extrusion.
