Main Features of Pipe Machine

EXRUDERS

High efficient wear-resisting extruder for fiber reinforced PPR material, to guarantee the long service life and high speed extrusion;

Long L/D ratio screw design with better plasticizing effect;

High quality gear reducer
DIE HEAD

Adjustable co-extrusion die head, our patent product, can composite multi-layer evenly and rapidly and get optimal thickness of each layer quickly, without adjusting extruder rotating speed.
VACCUM TANK & COOLING TANK

High quality SS304 material is used for vaccum tank and cooling tank;

Special design vacuum tank with two chamber structure to get stable vacuum;

vacuum pump adopts full automatic closed-loop negative pressure regulation, constant vacuum nagative pressure to ensure the stabilit of pipe O.D, and reducing operator skills requirement and reducing energy consumption. And there would be alarm if over setting data.
HAUL-OFF MACHINE

Haul-off machine driven by servo motor, with faster reaction speed and better stablility
CUTTING MACHINE

Small size 20-32mm is high speed knife cutting, driven by servo motor, with smooth cutting surface;

Size 40-110mm is dustless saw cutting, with SIEMENS PLC control, by parameter setting for convenient operation. Special design for different diameter cutting adjustment is easy and conveneince
PLC SYSTEM

SIMENS programmable PLC control system with big color touch screen; with remote control system. In case there is any problem on the machine, our engineer can analysis the problem here and solve the problem.
