Twin Screw Plastic Extruder Terms & conditions
1. Twin Screw Plastic Extruder Time of delivery
1) When the contract becomes valid, the machine should be delivered within 50 days since receipt of the advance payment. And the equipment will be in normal operation after debugging within two weeks after arrival.
2) During production, provided that the Buyer requests to modify the specification of the order, the Buyer shall notify the Seller of this modification in written form. Upon receipt of the notice, the Seller will quote to the Buyer the cost of this modification and notify the Buyer of any possible delay due to this modification.
2. Twin Screw Plastic Extruder Debugging charge
The buyer pays for the plane ticket of round-trip abroad and food and accommodation of buyer’s country during debugging. And the wage of technicians should be paid by the customer (80USD/day).
3. Twin Screw Plastic Extruder Guarantee clause
1) Guarantee is 1 year (excluding human factor and wearing parts).
2) Under proper working conditions, 12 months from the date of completion of commissioning at the buyer's site, and should be at the latest within 14 months from the issuing date of Bill of Lading.
