01 Plastic Mixer Unit
PVC Stabilizer,plasticizer,antioxidant and other accessories are added into the high speed mixer in proportion and process.

02 Twin Screw Extruder
The machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device to match the extrusion quantity with the feeding quantity and ensure the stable extrusion of the products.
03 Extrusion Mold
It is the construction part of pipe forming.
The pipe diameter can be customized according to your needs.
04 Vacuum Forming Machine
For pipe shaping and cooling, equipped with vacuum system and water circulation system for shaping and cooling,stainless steel box,circulating water spray cooling.
05 Haul off machine
Used for continuous and automatic extraction of cooled and hardened pipes from nose,frequency conversion speed regulation.
06 Cutting Machine
The cutting machine takes the fixed length switch singal as the instruction, completes the whole cutting process, and keeps synchronization with the pipe operation during the cutting process.
