A. Special Single Screw Extruder for PE materials, efficient screw and grooving feed barrel, with A powerful set of cooling water, and greatly improve the transmission capacity, ensure efficient extrusion;
B. Basket composite die head & Spiral type die head which is suitable for hydrocarbon polyethylene (PE) processing, not only ensure the stability of the high speed extrusion, and can realize low stress of melt temperature and good quality of small pipe.
C. By high quality vacuum sizing technology and spray cooling water tank, our machine improve the yield of pipes, and meet the needs of high-speed production. The vacuum sizing machine and cooling water tank are made of stainless steel;
D. The pedrail haul-offs, fluctuation track synchronous control, motor speed is frequency control ;
E. Cutting machine adopts high speed system, precise design, low noise.
