PE pipe extrusion production line mainly include: automatic feeding machine, single screw extruder, die head, vacuum sizing tanks, spray cooling water tank, tractor, cutting machine, winding machine or stacking machine.
PE pipe production process steps as follows:
1, mixing and drying
PE resin and color masterbatch are dryed and mixed by automatic machine.
2, Plasticizing extrusion
The raw material from the hopper will be put into the extruder, then transmission, compression, melting, homogenization, composed of solid particles gradually become high elastic state, then gradually get into a viscous fluid (viscous flow state) from high elastic state, and continuous extrusion.
3, mould molding
At the appropriate temperature, extrusion materials from the extruder through filter plate changed from rotary motion to linear motion into the mold.After screw tap in the forming period of fusion are tubular billet, finally die out from core.
4, cooling system
The pipe billet will be in the vacuum sizing system after the mold heating and pressure system, sizing by vacuum and cooling by spray cooling.
5, cutting
The planetary cutting machine complete the pipe fixed length cutting, under the control of the meter wheel after the haul-off system.
6, stacked packing
The tube will be pushed to the overturning platform afther cutting, finally inspection and packing.
