Extruder machinery features : pvc double wall corrugated pipe extruder machine is configured with high-efficiency twin conical screw extruder, laminar flow distributor, dual passage spiral composite extrusion die, corrugated forming system, spray cooling water tank, cutting unit and stack unit.High performance single screw extruder with special screw and grooved feed barrel can ensure good extrusion in high efficiency.The extrusion die surface is nitrided and polished. The wall thickness - regulating device is equipped in die lip to be suitable for production of different raw materials and ring resistance material. Special structure die make the thickness of the inner and outer wall even, and stable molding.
