2. The PE pipe production line for HDPE, PP, large diameter thick wall pipe design of screw die, the die head has low melt temperature, good mixing performance , low cavity pressure , steady production.

3. The PE pipe production line adopt proprietary technology, sizing and cooling systems, using water film lubrication and cooling water ring type, to adapt the demand of HDPE, PP material, ensure the production of thick wall pipe is the stability of diameter and roundness.

4. PE pipe production line adopts specially designed multistratum controlled vacuum degree of vacuum sizing tank, guarantee the stability of HDPE, PP pipe size and roundness. Extruder, tractor adopts imported famous brand for governor and control system, good stability, high precision and high reliability.

5. PE pipe production line operation is controlled by PLC and good man - machine interface, all process parameters can be controled by the touch screen and display.

Production line process
Raw material + color masterbatch mixing, vacuum feeding to raw material drying, single screw extruder to four color wire extrusion machine, basket or spiral mould - diameter sizing equipment - spray vacuum shaping tank , spray cooling water tank, printer to caterpillar tractor, planetary cutting machine - pipe stacker, product packaging and testing.
