This hose mainly material is EVA & LLDPE, , mainly used to produce vacuum cleaner hose and swimming pool hose.
This machine can produce :
1.single color vacuum cleaner spiral hose. the length can be from 1meter to 40 meters.
2. double color swimming pool suction hose. the length can be from 1meter to 40 meters.
Machine Description
1. Single Screw Extruder
High production capacity of extrusion on the high quality basis. Lower temperature plasticizing design, ensure high quality PIPE extrusion. Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched (0.4-0.7mm ), Rigidity of screw: >740 , Rigidity of barel>940, the surface of screw is chromeplated Feeding bush with water cooling system.
2. Colorful extruder
It is smaller extruder for making another color on pipe surface.
3. High Prescion Moulds
40Cr materials, we design the mould according customer sample request. High strength, no deformation, high precision.
4. Water cooling tank and tranport unit Glue Extruder
Stainless steel materials with dewater fans.
5. New Technology Forming Machine
This design is from Italy, it use PLC control system, could meet max 6m/min forming speed.It is a 25/25 single screw extruder with 1.1kw motor. Specially working for high precison glue extrusion for pipe forming.
6. Fly Knife Cutting Machine with stacker
It uses servo motor cutting way, high precision and automatic meating.
