I. Production Process
Raw Material Preparation: EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) granules are mixed with necessary additives such as plasticizers, antioxidants, and color masterbatches to enhance performance and color stability.
Extrusion Molding: The raw material is fed into the extruder through an automatic conveying system, where it is melted and homogenized by the screw under high temperature before being extruded into a tubular shape.
Cooling and Shaping: The extruded EVA tube passes through a water or air cooling system to solidify quickly and maintain precise dimensional stability.
Cutting and Winding: Once cooled, the tube is automatically cut to the required length or wound into rolls for easy storage and transportation.
Quality Inspection and Packaging: The finished tubes undergo strict quality checks, including wall thickness, diameter, and pressure resistance tests. After meeting standards, they are packaged and stored.
