Features:

The barrel heating system is computer-controlled and equipped with a resistance heater that heats up quickly, steadily and uniformly.

With a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, different heads can be installed to produce products with a view strip line or double layers through blowing

The mould clamping device adopts a toggle type and linear guider, and it is designed with double stations to ensure a quick and stable movement of the mould platen.

The hydraulic oil loop now has a new improved design that is more power-saving, rapid, and stable. Also, installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are made convenient with the inclusion of a removable and mobilizable oil tank.

The entire machine is computer-controlled and operates with a double proportional control hydraulic system. This machine has a fault automatic alarm, reliable operation, high automation and data memory to store up to 40 sets of moulds.

Three operation modes are available: "Manual", "Semi Auto" and "Full Auto".

The safety door is fitted with electric and mechanical safety devices that ensure a safe and reliable operation (No mould closing occurs when safety door is opened).

Additionally, this machine has an oblique blowing function.
