This model is a research and development of the company and has been mass production of automatic teeth positioning, broken ring, such as bottle cap assembly equipment, mainly for a variety of caps and some non-standard product assembly.

Example: bottle caps, activities, water cups, pump head, etc., can be designed according to different requirements to meet the assembly needs

1. This machine is used to combine aluminum-part with plastic-part for making flip-off seals(plastic-aluminum seals).

2. Working procedure:Firstly feed aluminum parts and plastic parts into the individual electromagnetic hopper,then both caps go through the chutes to the arrange table,Finally the caps are assembled by the heated assembling punches.

3. Adopt stainless steel SS201,22304,22316L,materials can be customized according to your requirements.

4. Working speed can be adjusted by controlling frequency controller

5. Comparing with the machine manufactured by other factories,our machine has the features of higher speed,higher qualified rate and less occupied area;
